Delivery terms and shipping costs within Sweden
Deliveries within Sweden are made by Postnord. Shipping is calculated based on current tariffs for weight and volume. Preliminary shipping cost is shown in the shopping cart when you add one or more items. The total shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout.

Delivery time
Delivery time within Sweden for goods in stock is normally 1-3 working days. However, we do not guarantee that the goods will arrive within the stated delivery time as unforeseen delays may occur. We do not compensate for any inconvenience caused by delays.

Prices and fees
Prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT in accordance with applicable law. VAT for products is charged at 25%.

Payment terms
In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we at the checkout may share your personal data in the form of contact details and order information with Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you can choose the payment methods, and to customise them for you. Your personal data that is shared is processed in accordance with Klarna's own data protection information.

Unless otherwise agreed when placing your order, you can cancel your outstanding order by notifying Customer Service by email.

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Swedish Sales Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to make a complaint for up to 36 months. Please contact us before sending the goods.

Right of withdrawal/return
Full right of withdrawal applies within 30 days of receipt of the goods. For unused products in new condition, a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping will be made without delay as soon as the product is returned. Refunds will be made no later than 2 days after we have received the information about the withdrawal, however the return must have been received for a refund to be made.

Please contact customer service at before returning your item(s). We do not charge a return fee when you return, but you pay for the return postage yourself. You do not need to state why you are cancelling, but please send us a note stating that you are cancelling your purchase. Please note that you are always responsible for packing the goods so that they cannot reasonably be damaged during delivery. Goods that are damaged on arrival due to poor packaging will be charged to you. Returns may not be subject to collection charges (e.g. postal charges).

Unclaimed letters or parcels
For unclaimed letters or parcels, we reserve the right to charge you for return postage, a handling fee and a shipping fee, currently 89 SEK.

To shop with us, you must fill in all mandatory fields during customer registration. Placing an order means that you agree that your name and social security number are registered in our customer register. All personal data that you provide to us or that we receive when you register for a purchase or visit our website will be processed by Brobox AB in its capacity as data controller. The information will be used for the purpose of enabling us to fulfill our commitments to you and perform credit checks. In some cases, we may also use contact information to alert you to offers or otherwise for marketing purposes (read more below). For this purpose, we also need to be able to transfer such information to our partners, but beyond this we never pass on information to third parties.

It is important that we receive your email address to facilitate communication in connection with orders, but you can choose whether or not you want to receive newsletters from us. Should you receive a newsletter from us, there is a link at the bottom where you can easily block your email account from future newsletters. We do not pass on your email address, and once you have opted out of our mailings you will not receive any further emails from us or our partners unless you express your wish to receive mailings.

When you shop with us, you agree that we may send you an email for a review of your purchase. This is handled by a third party ( It is not mandatory to reply, but highly desirable.

You have the right to access your personal data upon request. In order to have these data sent to you, we are entitled to charge an administrative fee of 50 SEK. If the data are inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to request that they be corrected or deleted.

We reserve the right to make any printing errors and out-of-stock items. We have no responsibility to deliver orders with incorrect pricing, or product specifications due to typographical errors, but you are always welcome to contact customer service if you have any questions or need help with an order.

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses, or any business losses that you may incur such as, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption due to use of this site or its products, or inability to use the site and its products.
